What a find! This is a delightful beach on the peninsula of Vasilikos, south of Zante town. We drove down the cliffs on a steep road to reach this pretty little beach.
There are two tavernas and some self-catering apartments here. It is a really charming and welcoming place to be. Sunbeds and parasols are free all day, if you buy a drink from the bar. The sand is gorgeous and regularly cleaned to remove the seaweed. Grassy gardens with hammocks reach all the way down to the beach.
If you want a peaceful, quiet, uncommercialised place to stay on Zante, then this may be the place for you.
